Nicholas Dill is a Kentucky native and graduated from New York University with a BFA in dance and a BA in psychology. He started his dance training with the Cincinnati Ballet Academy in 2010, appearing in works by Sarah Hairston, Sasha Hart, Joy Jovet, Catherine Batchellor, and Ka-Ron Lehman. He also appeared in roles with the Cincinnati Ballet Company in Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker, choreographed by Vicotria Morgan and Devon Carney. While at NYU, Nicholas appeared in works by Merce Cunningham, Cora Bos-Kroese, Kay Cummings, Pamela Pietro, James Martin, and various student works. While studying at NYU, Nick was certified and licensed as a yoga teacher and Mind Body Dancer® teacher through the Perri Institute of Mind and Body. He teaches yoga to both private clients and throughout New York City. Nicholas attended the Toscana Dance HUB in 2015 and 2016, dancing in works by Vita Osojnik, Pietro Pireddu, and Sophia Sednova. Nicholas is also on faculty as a yoga teacher there. Nicholas currently works at the Harkness Center for Dance Injuries, a physical therapy office specializing in dance medicine. Nicholas is also currently seeking his Master’s degree at the Tri-State College of Acupuncture.
