how has your study of yoga or connection to our community related to a project or pathway in your life?

Yoga has deepened the connection to myself during performance. It had become a habit to focus on what the audience was thinking, and in turn, I lost sight of what was occurring internally. My practice balances and grounds me before every performance, and allows me to recognize where I am in the present moment.
